To provide you with the best possible service, we require all new clients to complete a client intake form prior to your appointment. These forms are confidential and they help us understand your health history, preferences and any special considerations to accommodate needs specific to your safety and comfort. If you are unable to complete this on the booking site, you will be required to do so upon arrival. 

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking and put towards your final total. Provided with at least a 24-hour notice before appointment, deposits can be transferred to appointments rescheduled within 7 days of original appointment date. Anything past that period, your deposit will be lost, and you will have to pay a new deposit when booking another appointment.

or major credit cards via the link below and must be paid within 6 hours of booking to secure appointment!

If sending your deposit via Apple Pay or Cash App, please send over a confirmation text to 786.570.8736 with your payment confirmation and your name. 

The balance of your payment is to be paid in CASH upon arrival. 

If an electronic payment has to be taken for your balance, please advised there will be an additional $5 fee attached. 

We understand that delays can happen and we do our best to accommodate all of our clients, however, there is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. We ask that you call before this grace period is up so we can try to adjust scheduling. No communication  is considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. This policy is to ensure you, the clients after you and myself, are given the same respect for our time. Less time = Compromised quality of your visit.  

To ensure a relaxing, safe environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment, unless they are being serviced. I do not service children under the age of 10. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
