A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking and put towards your grand total. Provided with at least a 24-hour notice before your appointment, deposits can be transferred to appointments rescheduled within 7 days of original appointment date. Anything past that period, your deposit will be lost, and you will have to pay a new deposit when booking another appointment. I accept all major credit cards for the remaining balance, as well as Apple Pay and Cash App but cash is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

I understand that things happen and I do my best to accommodate all of my clients, however, there is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. I ask that you call before this grace period is up so I can try to adjust scheduling and minimize cancellations. No communication before the end of your grace period is considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. This policy is to guarantee you, me and the clients after you, are all given the same respect for our time. 

Less time = Compromised quality of your visit.  

To ensure a relaxing, safe environment, I kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests, babies or children to your appointment, unless they are being serviced. I do not service children under the age of 10. All clients under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
